About Siblings United Visitations

Two little girls, playing together

Siblings United Visitations was founded by a former foster child to maintain family bonds in a stressful situation. She looked back at her experience and saw a need that hadn’t yet been addressed: keeping family bonds intact.

Our board consists of individuals active in the foster care space in Las Vegas. While the organization may be new, our roots to the community are not.

Constance English, Founder

I am Constance English, known as Serenity Sage, a former foster youth turned Executive Director, advocate, and author. My life’s mission is to reform a foster care system that is not just broken, but shattered.

As the founder of Siblings United Visitations and the unYES Movement, I create pathways to restore sibling bonds, reclaim dignity, and build purpose-driven solutions for youth and families. My programs include Earn My YES™ (a skill-building token system), YES Rides (transportation for sibling visits), and church-based foster care ministries.

With 20+ years in human services, from frontline residential care to program leadership, I’ve lived and worked inside the very systems I now seek to change. My background in counseling and management allows me to bridge lived experience with professional expertise, offering reform rooted in both compassion and accountability.

I am also the author of A Foster Kid’s Journey: Un-YES-ing Trauma, a memoir and movement guide amplifying the voices of the unheard.

✨ My core belief: We can’t just manage broken systems — we must rebuild them with love, truth, and responsibility.
